Delete Your Account
This page explains how to permanently delete your Ani't Huli account — as a retail customer or a wholesale buyer — and what happens to your data when you do. It applies to accounts made on anithuli.com, the Ani't Huli customer app, and the Ani't Huli Staff app.
Delete your account in the app or on the website
You don't need to contact us — you can delete your own account yourself at any time:
- Log in to your account (retail or wholesale) in the app or at anithuli.com.
- Go to your Account or Profile screen.
- Tap or click Delete my account.
- Enter your password to confirm — this is a one-way action and can't be undone.
Deleting your account signs you out immediately and removes your saved profile.
Can't log in? Request deletion by email
If you've lost access to your account — forgotten password, old phone number, or any other reason you can't sign in — email commentsandsuggestions@anithuli.com from the address or with the phone number on the account, and tell us you'd like your account deleted. We'll verify it's really you and confirm once it's done, usually within a few days.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile: name, phone number, email address, saved delivery address and barangay, and your password.
- For wholesale accounts: your business name, business permit number, and estimated order volume, if provided.
- Your login sessions — you're signed out everywhere right away.
What we keep, and why
Your past orders themselves are kept, not deleted, but they're unlinked from your account. Each order already stores its own snapshot of the name, phone number, and address used at the time — separate from your account profile — so keeping the order record doesn't keep your account active or restore your login. We retain this order history because we're required to for accounting and tax recordkeeping, the same exception described in our Privacy Policy. We don't use it for anything else once your account is deleted.
